K.R. Miller served as general contractor for Richardson Middle School. The project included the construction of a 135,000 sq. ft. school, gymnasium, parking lot, new sidewalks, and artificial-turf athletic fields. The project received the Association of Licensed Architects (ALA) Award of Merit for superior achievement and professional design excellence and was LEED Certified Gold.
