K.R. Miller Contractors served as general contractor for the construction of Skinner Elementary. This three-story, 101,000 sq. ft. steel frame and masonry construction building includes classrooms, a library, a gymnasium, dining facilities, and a parking lot. The project was LEED Certified Gold.
