Thompson Middle School –

St. Charles, IL

 

On July 10th, the St. Charles School Board awarded K.R. Miller Contractors, Inc. the $36.7M Thompson Middle School renovation project. This renovation includes a larger cafeteria, new science labs, an auxiliary gym, new classrooms and will continue the school districts plan of restructuring their middle school facilities. Construction is scheduled to be completed in fall 2019. Architect: ATS&R

November 11, 2016 —

Richardson Middle School – Chicago, IL

 

K.R. Miller Contractors, Inc. attended the naming ceremony for the new Richardson Middle School (previously known as the SW Area Elementary school) on November 11,2016.

 

In honor of Veterans Day, they were joined by the Hubbard High School ROTC.

KRM 2016 Open

Makray Golf Course – Barrington, IL

 

K.R. Miller Contractors, Inc. held their sixteenth annual KRM Open at the Makray Golf Course in Barrington, IL.

 

All proceeds from this sold out event benefit the Community Crisis Center in Elgin, IL.

 

K.R. Miller Contractors, Inc. has partnered with the Community Crisis Center since 1991.

BLUES HEAVEN FOUNDATION

2120 S. Michigan Ave. Chicago, IL

 

K.R. Miller Contractors, Inc teamed up with Christy Webber Landscapes

to renovate the Willie Dixon's Blues

Garden located at 2120 S. Michigan

Ave. in Chicago.  The garden is home to a free Thursday Night Blues

Concert series that runs through

September. The Blues Heaven Foundation partners with their South Loop neighborhood groups/ local businesses to make this historic blues venue available to the community.

PBC awards Southwest Area Elementary School

 

K.R. Miller Contractors, Inc. will be the General Contractors at the new Southwest Area Elementary School in Chicago, IL. Construction is set to begin late spring. This Public Building Commission project is scheduled to be completed in 2016.
